Brittiany and Brianna are the best I highly recommend you stay at this location it's very convenient for medical patients..The Director of the front office is awesome he go above and beyond for both guest and staff, and don't forget the cookies!!

I found two pieces dry nose under my pillow at first night when I am ready to go to bed.And it was too noisy my next room.

The parking situation is atrocious! You’re charged for parking yet there isn’t enough spaces in the parking lot. The staff said we just needed to go drive to the back side of the hotel where there is a parking garage and then get reimbursed!! Unacceptable! With the money you charge for parking, you may want to hire valet service and they can drive to the parking garage! Because of this I will not be staying here again!

The service was friendly and very helpful. Requests for extra bedding and towels were met almost immediately. A complimentary continental breakfast would have added to our stay as we were to be at the hospital by 7am. A $20 breakfast buffet was available but who had time?

They upgraded me to a suite due to small children trying to open the adjoining room door when I was asleep and were very loud. Multiple complaints from other guests came thru from another room so they apologized and put me in an amazing room. Staff was amazing.
