I’ve been to Houston many times for business and this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms were updated, quiet and comfortable. The location really couldn’t be beat… right across from Minute Maid Park. I grabbed a $6 ticket and walked the 45 seconds to the gate and into the ballgame after work one evening. Great atmosphere in the lobby bar after the game! Valet parking was quick and super friendly. Will absolutely stay again when I travel back to Houston!

My wife and I stayed at the Westin in April to kick off the MLB season at Minute Maid Stadium. The hotel is literally across the street! The room was great and the hotel was bedecked in balloons and posters for the new baseball season. Although we were in the minority as Yankees fans, everyone was friendly and helpful. :) Breakfasts were excellent and our server Alexis was particularly friendly and attentive. Jonathan was also excellent. The hotel bar was big and had interesting options. Loved the hotel and would stay there again or any event at Minute Maid!

I would like to personally thank Marcus and the rest of the Valet Parking Team for looking after us during our stay - exceptional service. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The hotel was running at high occupancy and the parking lot was bedlam, but they took it in their stride to accommodate their customers needs.

Staff is the best in Houston! They make each and everyone feel not just welcomed, but, special. Houston hospitality at its best. Hats off to Brian, Trevor, Sophia, and Kat. This is the way a hotel should be ran. Food is awesome as well!!!! We have brought so many of our friends and they have returned and , they are bringing friends. We have met people from other cities such as LA and Seattle here. We still keep in touch with them today! They also have great music from time to time.

Courtney Marcus & John were great! They made my experience a memorable one. On top of the nice rooms, the customer service was top tier. The renovated rooms made it feel like I was in an actual home. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Came to town for a ball game and found this gem.. the hotel is literally across the street from the ballpark. That was the first plus but it didn't stop there. OMG the bar staff knocked it out of the park!! The bartenders were absolutely amazing. Shout out to Hailey, Ashley, and Cyerra believe. Absolutely amazing staff led by a rock star food and beverage manager Kat. The Astros may have lost the game that night but the ladies at the bar taking care of the guest it a home run!! Great job!!
