Came to town for a ball game and found this gem.. the hotel is literally across the street from the ballpark. That was the first plus but it didn't stop there. OMG the bar staff knocked it out of the park!! The bartenders were absolutely amazing. Shout out to Hailey, Ashley, and Cyerra believe. Absolutely amazing staff led by a rock star food and beverage manager Kat. The Astros may have lost the game that night but the ladies at the bar taking care of the guest it a home run!! Great job!!

What a great place, upscale, comfortable, classy, and surrounding great places to visit! The staff was helpful and the rooms were cozy! The bar and bar food were great too! The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was on point! Great time and right across the street from Minute Maid Park!

Ashlyn & Cameron are the best bar tenders I’ve had in a long time. Very friendly! Come here before the Astros game! Very experienced and friendly. The hotel bar has a great drink selection! This is a very classy bar and the ambiance is very nice.

The quality of service was phenomenal. I was assisted by Catherine on multiple requests. She was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional which she ensured every concern was met until completion. She deserves to be on a fast track within the company and she’s a stand out asset to the company. This was a great hotel experience!

Service is top notch, with friendly people to greet you at the front door and an efficient, friendly front dest staff. Location is perfect for Astros games (right across the street) and only a few blocks from restaurants and nightlife. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. Lobby was nice with a big buzzy bar in the middle, which we liked. Only two minor issues during our stay: - the shower does not maintain temperature so you frequently have to readjust hot/cold - bartender was extremely abrupt and surly at first. When I asked her why she was treating me that way she began raising her voice at me. When I refused to do the same she finally calmed down. Must have been having a bad day and taking it out on guests.
