Good place ! I like it is comfortable and nice the girl in front desk very kind. 

Este Lugar es muy bonito tiene buena localización es muy limpio, los cuartos tienen muy buen tamaño, la única situación es que la tina no sellaba bien y se escapaba el agua pero es un muy buen lugar ninguna queja en cuanto a servicio.

住在這裏時，前台很客氣，謝謝。就是退房時，才11點多就有人打電話，當時忙着收拾東西沒接電話，結果電話鈴剛掛斷沒10秒，就直接敲門2下然後猛的把門推開了，幸虧有防盜栓。。。這。。太過分了吧

When staying here, the front desk was very polite, thank you. When checking out, someone called just after 11 o'clock. At that time, I was busy packing my things and didn't answer the phone. As a result, the phone had just hung up within 10 seconds. I knocked on the door twice and pushed the door open. Fortunately, there was a security guard. bolt. . . this. . too much

I have travelled across the globe for more than 25 years and none of the hotel management staff has been rude or rather been curt toward me. I had a reason to stay at this property to comply with a personal task. Well, one cannot expect much from this property, as it is a franchise and owned by a couple. I am displeased with the attitude of the owner who yelled and screamed at me for trivial reasons. I was innocent and did not know the protocol of the property. Filling my bottle with 2 glasses of orange juice at the breakfast counter was a disaster. I regret going to the breakfast counter. I have not been for my breakfast for 6 days during my one month stay. During my stay the following things transpired - Lights at the toilet went off, toilet flush broke down, as I was paying a lower fee for the hotel charges, the housekeeping did not replace bath towels for 3 consecutive days. The owner claimed that the charges I paid, it does not come with daily cleaning, which is understandable but one would expect basic courtesy. I am a little lost, as all the unpleasant experiences transpired towards the latter part of my stay when I was about to exit the property. I would caution travellers wanting to stay at this property for micromanagement owners, who keep an eye on every single detail. For those who are thick-skinned and would want to enjoy their sleep, this will be an ideal place.  

I been working on the road now for 22yrs. Out of all the motels,hotels, I’ve stayed at. This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are nice but I’m talking about the people working there. Peter the owner/manger and Charles are the best.  They will and have gone out of their way to accommodate me and my coworkers. Every time I come to Houston. I will always stay there!

I stayed about a total of eight days, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean Stacked with fresh linen, daily housekeeping service it’s refreshing to see a hotel where all the amenities are actually working, breakfast was OK I personally feel there could have been more options overall I would rate this place 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
