DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. I am a Lifetime Platinum on Marriott and a current Titanium member. I made a simple reservation at this hotel and then plans changed and I had to cancel, which I did within the cancellation window and received the standard cancellation email. They still charged me IN FULL and now 7 phone calls and 30 days later I still don't have my money refunded. Marriott corporate has literally now fined them for not refunding in a timely manner. Management is incompetent at best.
