comfortable and a good price

Spacious room. Good microwave, frig and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Good option on TV

Friendly staff. Shuttle driver never showed up but manager was kind enough to reimburse the cab ride.

We stayed in one of the apaartments. It was big, spacious, and clean. They had several options for breakfast which was nice.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast choices excellent appreciated being able to get coffee, tea or a utensil late. Problems were not being able to get shuttle from airport because phone down. Also the roll in shower handicapped room not available because someone stayed over. They offered us a room with jacuzzi instead but partner unable to bathe and then found out jacuzzi was not functioning which they knew about. Not a great trade and had to get an Uber there

Of all the hotels this had to be our worst to stay in. The decor as you arrive is so uninspiring and this should have been our warning of everything else to come. Brown and yellow might have been the height of fashion in the 1970s but it really is terribly depressing now. Having said that it is highly possible the place has not been renovated since that era. Going by the state of our bathroom floor. It was terribly cracked and dangerous to stand on. There was a crack and a dip in the floor that was more than half an inch in height. The floor beneath the tiles was spongy under foot and each time you went to go to the toilet the floor tiles cracked even more. It really felt any moment you would fall into the room below. I called to reception to ask to be moved but told they were full. I was offered towels to put on the floor to protect us from cutting our feet. These towels didn’t arrive. I had to call twice more to receive them they eventually arrived close to midnight. The breakfast the following day was inedible sitting like a rock in my stomach the whole morning. At check out the staff member was receiving training by another colleague remotely online and when we tried to give feedback on our awful stay we were waved away and told to put the room card in the box and for us to depart. The whole hotel was very hot and muggy. Apart from when we approached the reception desk where they had air con pumping out for them. All in all not only an unpleasant stay but a highly questionable safety element to it too. I would not recommend to anyone.
