The room was good but I was on the 9 th floor and the 9th and 8th floor the ice machine was broken. And no complementary water in the room. And water was 4 dollars a bottle.

Coming from someone who is platinum elite and having stayed over 1000 nights out, this is one of the noisiest hotels I've ever stayed at. I sat at the pool which is the furthest points from the road, it was extremely noisy. I requested a room away from the highway, the front desk person said the only one I could get was 4 rooms from the highway end of the hotel. She said it wasn't that noisy. Putting white noise on my phone to sleep, it still could not drown out the highway. Not sure what the front desk was talking about. And for those bonvoy members, no recognition upon check in, didn't tell me there was a concierge, so not a great experience. Went to the concierge to get a cup of coffee around 7:30 after dinner, they still had the coffee out from the morning. Not sure why you can't splurge and make a little fresh coffee for the evening. There are many choices with Marriot around Houston, I probably won't be staying here again.

Everything was great for the most part! The only issue was one of the reading lights was not working and one of the switches was not turning on the lights by the fridge and closet area. Other than that just a minor inconvenience.

Very very clean hotel and room, comfy bed, parking lot security was nice, didn’t use any amenities or the bar/ Starbucks but was available if needed. We were on the 6th floor and the view was nice. I definitely recommend and will stay again!!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is central to many areas and easy to get in and out of. I felt safe a secure with security in the parking lot full time. Love the option of a balcony room too. The balconies are spacious and private.
