It was alright, I guess. Parking lot is a little small, avoid getting back to the place late or you'll park in the parking garage at the back.

Surprisingly, on a Friday night, this full-service Marriott offered one of the best rates in Houston! I-10 Katy/West Houston is super-busy, ever-evolving, and I was happy to be in a humming part of town: restaurants, bars, shopping everywhere. The Property is a flawless Marriott: huge gym, outdoor pool and hot tub, bar, and elegant atmosphere. My room was A-plus comfortable, especially the down-pillow bedding, and the Property has streaming TVs. Sean at the Front Desk is top-notch. He recognized my Status, upgraded me to the finest suite (didn't have to ask), made sure I had access to the Elite-member lounge, AND he went out of his way to honor my requests. When I called prior to arrival, the phone attendant concluded the call by saying 'see you soon my Friend' and that sort of welcoming tone is my #1 stay-Priority: this Property accomplished every possible good-stay metric. Chris at the Front Desk was working w Sean and was helpful as well. Surprising value and Perfect Service.

I don’t ever want to go back to this hotel again, shelly and melanie both were unprofessional . My expensive belongings were stolen

Do not make the mistake and forget your belongings here, my expensive hoodie ended up missing in the lost and found. I spoke to Shelly which was one of many managers about the situation, she did absolutely nothing to help. I do not recommend this hotel they steal, and act like they care.
