Room overall was pretty clean, room has a lot of space and staff was very kind. you have to pay to park and they charge you 20 just because but was reasonable for the area ( i guess)

Jacob Hundt was completely rude and condescending. My stay was horrible. There was this black mold that was coming up from the drain in the shower. It smelled horrible. My eyes started to burn and my throat felt funny. Jacob only comped me for half a night day.

The property is asking for $25 parking & not mention of it in policies or amenities. The staff blaming ******* is false advertising. I will not pay it.

As a female traveling solo, Emmanuel brought ease to my decision to stay at this location. Typically, I stay in Doubletrees or higher end Hiltons, however, due to availability and schedule, my stay included this destination. He was very kind and ensure the location is safe and if I have any concerns, he would be able to assist. Customer service goes a long way in today’s world.

I did not have any hot water the my hole stay. When the I reported it to the desk the customer service desk worker just looked at me.
