Less than 20 minutes from the airport and free parking! Checked in within 5 minutes! I would definitely stay again!

Room was great. Breakfast good but I was rushed as it opened at 630 and I needed to get the shuttle at 7. Not as close to the airport as I thought. I arrived too late to go out for something to eat. Yes they have a few items to microwave. My issue was with getting the shuttle. I did not want to pay for roaming charges to make a call. I had to ask a United employee to call. I landed at Term E. I was told I had to take the subway to ABC gates. If only there was a set time for pick up.

Really nice reception staff that went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The room is lively, comfortable, clean and well equiped. Shuttle bus deiver was super helpful and pleasant. I had a lovely stay here.
