Very nice location and service, with shuttle bus back and forth service, even with cold water in the shuttle bus provided.

Terrible!! Our room needed a lot of work. The top bedspread had stains on it. They brought us another one that was even dirtier. There was a hole in the wall. The closet doors did not work so we weren’t able to access one side. The elevators went down one day and we had to climb up and down 8 flights of stairs. The coffee creamers were spoiled. The girl at the front desk was rude and could have cared less. I would not stay here again!!

Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental staff members in Drifters Restaurant were superb! Please recognize Joe Amaya and Hazar Gault, manager and reward them for their excellent professionalism, customer service and friendliness. Drifters restaurant food was outstanding! We were also treated very well by the staff in the Executive Level concierge level lounge : Very good food and a lot of choices. Our van drivers back and forth to the airport were friendly. Our room was very comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful, professional and very polite.

Convenient airport hotel with shuttle service. Friendly staff, good service. Restroom had a lingering cigarette/smoke smell. There was some big group/gathering the night of my stay and it was very loud. Guests were loud all night, barely got any sleep

I was stuck in Houston due to weather related cancelations. I found availability at the Sheraton North. I was tired and without my luggage. They even gave me a toothbrush. I appreciated that toothbrush so much.

I did not like the elevators sounded scary. They were making noise and sounded like they were going to break any second.
