The room itself - King Suite - was nice. Roomy enough and comfortable. However, the website boasts a full, free hot breakfast. What it doesn't say is "That Depends".... if someone parties too hard the night night before and calls out the next morning, then no hot breakfast. To quote the front desk lady, "What is there is what we have: Cereal. The girl had an emergency and called out this morning" (Apparently there's only 1 person in the whole hotel who knows how to cook the breakfast bar and if she calls out, well, the Hotel's policy of a hot breakfast bar is out the window. Talk about lazy. Kind of important when you're travelling and that's how you organized your breakfast plans to accommodate both time and cost. Choice hires Keegan-Michael Key for an advertising campaign boasting the hot breakfast. You plan on it, timing wise. Then nothing but a curt, rude response. I got the distinct message: "Go Away" as she sat there on her tail looking thru her cellphone. So we did....
