The property was good for the time we stayed . The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem is the building is in need of some repair in the rooms especially the bath area,

All was good. Room was big. Bed and pillows for us was good to. Easy to get in and out. A little fas station market right next door. Rate was great to. Hot breakfast was ok. A number of things to choose from.

They need to reevaluate those that are in charge of cleaning the rooms. I was not happy and found candy stuck on the phone

The breakfast was great. The building was clean. The staff were so nice. The fixtures were a little dated and could use an update but otherwise i dont really have anything to complain about.

So we had a reservation booked from 7/5-7/8 we checked in and paid went to our room and within10mins saw roaches in the daylight! We immediately took pictures then went down to talk to the manager on duty - showed him the pics and asked for a refund. He said he would refund us and apologized. Well it’s 11/28 and we still haven’t received our refund.
Called ******* to see if they could get our money back since we booked thru them and they said they would call the hotel and get our refund. Well today I get an email saying they will not be refunding us our money per the hotel. I would never stay here or book thru ******* ever again spend a little more money to get quality service! Read the reviews about the roaches I wish I had before booking!
