My fiance and I decided to stay in downtown Houston for my 40th birthday weekend. The first night we stayed was okay but woke up extremely early due to it being hot in our room. Before leaving for a few hours we lowered the temperature and turned the fan on only to come back with it hotter than when we left. We called and told the front desk who sent someone to “fix” the problem. He was a very nice gentleman. He came in and got the temperature down 5 degrees so we had assumed it was a permanent fix. Fast fwd to that evening when we returned we noticed it had warmed up some but still was a de ent temp to go to sleep and be woken as we were the night before around 4 in the morning. I called the office and was told they would take care of my valet for the duration of the trip. When we woke the next morning which was the day we were to leave we decided to extend our trip another couple of days and give the hotel another shot. I called the office and let them know we had extended our stay and was told they would get back to us with another room we could move too. Fast fwd several hours I call the hotel because we hadn’t heard from them and it was already evening and they then tell us it was a miscommunication and he would call me back. I had to call again around midnight to finally be told another room was ready and they would bring us our keys. It goes okay after moving rooms until I go to check out and they won’t give me the keys to my vehicle because the valet hadn’t been pa
