We've stayed here a couple of times now and we have always had a great experience with service. The suite gives plenty of space to work at times and has been quiet the times I've been here. I don't usually do the breakfast so I don't have much to say about that. The only thing that can get confusing on arrival is the entrance to the property. You have to go through a Denny's at a very awkward corner and at times there is so much traffic from an adjacent restaurant that it's difficult to get into the property. This usually takes place on weekends. Once inside the hotel property, parking was plentiful.

It’s next to an extremely busy Mexican restaurant. The restaurants parking lot is not big enough so there are always cars blocking the lot to the hotel. Only real complaint.

I only don't give it 5 stars because the pool was not available, and that's one of the reasons I chose that hotel. and they didn't tell me before. Other than that, the hotel is impeccable, spacious, in excellent condition. If I went to Houston again, I would definitely look to stay there again.
