Weren’t very nice at the front desk and the cleaning ladies banged on our door and walked in on us twice in the morning, there was food left all over the microwave and our room smelt like cigarettes.

Very impressive I needed a place to stay while car was in shop so I was close to my grand baby, this place is very quiet soft beds is a deal breaker for me they have big rooms very clean and comfortable, convenient to anything you might need quick and friendly check in

The only thing worse the check-in experience was the awful odor when we got to the room. This place is a dump, and the front desk help needs to be trained in customer service. I guess the last reviews are so old, maybe this place was trash back then.

The ONLY thing they had for breakfast was 2 bowls of cornflakes, and the juice machine was out of service. The “breakfast included” announcement IS A LIE.

no coffee pot in the room, dime-store toiletries, no end table lamps, the remote to the tv didn't work properly, the clerks were unprofessional, the room wasn't as advertised. It was over-priced and I was very disappointed

Well, its a motel by the highway which is probably renovated (drown in chemicals that you could smell even outside room) but if look closely, one can find remaining germs. Its not a hotel, there is no lobby as you know it, no breakfast as well despite the listing lie about it being included.
