Best experience ever. All hotel staff was above and beyond in customer service. Some Food was lacking flavor your host angela in the morning was a++. Server Renai was not there whenever you need something but all u had to do was look at Angela and she would serve u cause renai could not pay attention. Your head guy should train here for management

I frequent the Starbucks at this location. Ms E and Evelyn are amazing!! They remember the regular’s favorite order and can put a smile on a weary traveler’s face. The store is always clean and wait times are usually very short! They make the whole experience pleasant.

I always get the best customer service from Mrs. E and her team. They are always so courteous and nice! They know my preferences and sometimes can even predict my order. They greet me by name every morning! They are the best!
