It is very uncomfortable when the staff always point finger at you while talking. Very unprofessional and confusing staff.

This hotel has not been well maintained. My room had exposed wiring where a mini fridge was wired into an outlet, it was meant to have a plug and the plug had been cut and then wired in. No tape or anything to cover it, same for the AC unit. Not sure how this is up to code. The shower had Mold/Mildew growing around the glass along with orange hard water stains. The shower and bathroom floor had been clearly pained multiple times as the paint was chipping. There were also holes in the wall. Do not stay here its a waste of money, spend your money on a hotel that actually cares about maintenance and cleanliness. Very disappointing as typically Alofts are a safe bet with being clean and not a fire hazard. I would have given this negative stars if I could have. See pictures below, unfortunately my Fridge wiring pic ended up being blurry but it was not good.

Great location. My mini-Schnauzer, Stella and I have stayed here nearly a dozen times in the last two years. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They are undergoing major renovations but it has never been an inconvenience for the guests.

Had a great stay, rooms are nice and the location is convenient and close to the galleria mall. Morgan was friendly and has the best recommendations on things to do in the area. Her customer service is amazing. Will stay here again!!!

Morgan at the front desk was such a big help. This was an amazing anniversary experience for me and my husband. She knew all the nice spots and was very attentive to us. Made us right at home can’t wait to come back and visit! ❤️

As a late arrival, Leonard went out of his way to accommodate Me with my room reservation at the last minute. His computer system froze for quite some time but he was very patient and professional while we waited. Thank you Leonard.
