Cleanest room we've had in forever! Quiet rooms, so many amenities! Beds and bedding were AMAZING! Huge tv and terrific AC! All this and more for the best rate!!

Very nice stay

If the pool and hot tub you include as amenities are outside MAKE THAT CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE! We specifically look for places were we can get an aquatic workout and treat my back after a long drive, and to have it be a bait and switch is just wrong. The hot tub was 65 degrees and when we asked the zombie at the front desk to turn on the heat pumps she just mumbled about her boss maybe doing it. Never happened. The fitness room was a mess and the machines in various states of disrepair. Breakfast was clean but tasteless empty calorie offerings. The hotel is situated in the middle of a heavy road construction zone. Oh, and the sheriff spent the afternoon chasing down a homeless guy who was living in the backlot. Skip this property.

Got accused of stealing a soda when I had sat there and purchased three drinks the night before, but the next day that they said that we did steal a can of soda the night before but the desk clerk failed to charge it I checked out early and refused to give me a receipt and credit back a night for early check out

The times that I have stayed at Best Western have been an all around great experience. From the time I check in to check out, the staff have been nothing but professional, kind, and courteous. They have addressed my every question/need without delay. The hotel very neat and clean from the parking lot, to inside the reception. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for your stay. Needless to say I was very happy with my stay.

Everything was very clean, staff was super friendly, complimentary breakfast was better than other places - my only request is they have the Nespresso Cafe machine on all day instead of just for breakfast. I visited when temp was in the 30’s all day long and wished I could have had a cup of hot chocolate after 9am.
