They charge extra for security deposit and was never refunded for it. Worst motel to stay in.

The rooms have a bad smell and the hallways smell too much like cigarettes. There are also cockroaches in the rooms. The hot water is not really hot. I would not go to this hotel again.

I wouldn't know how good it was but I wasn't given the opportunity to read reviews as it was chosen for me. I could not find the hotel, as the only transportation available from IAH was the city bus that google maps dropped me in the dark in an unfamiliar area after business hours for most businesses. I wanted a refund because the hotel I did book that had a hotel shuttle took my reservation and payment through your app and when I called about the shuttle was told I would have to get a refund on a "no refund, same day" policy, because they were overbooked due to the IAH fiasco.

I was given a different room than the one I originally booked and the hotel did not look anything like the pictures. I was given a room connecting to another room where people had access to my room and I didn’t request that room.It had a sour smell throughout the whole hotel and was uncleaned in the room and also in the hallways. It was also very unsafe and anyone and everyone had access to the hotel even if they weren’t staying there.

The rooms are nice- bed was terrible. The front desk guy was rude and not very inviting. There is a $50 deposit that is not mentioned anywhere until you get on site. They also have posted that you can not have visitors or you will be removed without a refund which sucks because we were visiting my son who is in college and he has his own apar**ent down the street with roommates so we couldn’t exactly spend any time with him there. Also found a baby roach roaming around in the shower tub

Dark and dirty hotel, no food or water available in room or for purchase, vending machine broken, no shuttle for return trip to airport. Manager at from desk with a mustache denied shuttle back to Houston airport told us to take a taxi. This same man said there was no food or water on the premises.
