Restaurant is non-functioning. Starbucks is non-functioning. Breakfast was an embarrassment. RUST on the body towels. Make sure your tetanus is up to date! The staff was pleasant, but that hardly makes up for the downfalls.

The hotel is avobe a good one with less price. Is clean and have almost you need to stay. I've been there two times and the staff is really lazy and they didn't give any information that could be needed, I lost my ID, but the person how was checking me didn't call to my room to advise me she have it. I could be in serious problems if we didn't ask

The hotel is behind an abandoned restaurant building which is not a good look. When I got off the elevator to my room the carpet was filthy and there was a not so fresh smell. I was also under the impression that there would be food 24hrs and lighter fair after midnight. When I called down before midnight I was only offered brownies, muffins, and juice and there was no one to actually bring it to me. So I had to order out

hotel gym equipment either missing or broken. bedding quite old. check-in person was friendly. breakfast was very lacking in options and quality. would not recommend this hotel if you need any of the amenities. am a hyatt globalist and have stayed at many hyatt places

Hotel is not representative of the Hyatt Place brand. The building is in bad shape and desperately needs to be refurbished or replaced—much more than a makeover. Probably needs an overhaul of plumbing and HVAC in addition to gutting the rooms. Worse than a Motel 6. Price was reasonable, but I pick my hotel based on trust and expectation of the brand rather than the price as there are many price variables (e.g., location, date).
