非常好的酒店，乾淨、設施齊全、價格也不錯，周邊餐飲店很多，購物百貨商場好幾座，很方便。唯一就是停車費50美金較貴。

酒店服務很好，環境和位置都不錯，床品舒適，泳池乾淨，衹是房間廁所很大，佔了房間很大的空間，顯得房間就有點小了。

I stayed 5 nights here in May 2024 while attending a conference. The hotel was great, a nice welcome from the staff when I registered, the room was quiet, comfortable, spacious and well equipped and the hotel breakfast was excellent, both from the buffet and menu.

You can be overbilled here and the front desk will not explain why. They will put you on hold and make you jump through hurdles just to get a clear answer. Will not be taking my company retreats here any longer. I was open to trying Hyatt after going to Marriott for years, and now I remember why I do not do business with them.

I stay at this hotel alot whenever I visit Houston and the service was great. So after a year I decided to do the same. I always valet and idk what happened but the valet service is trash. It used to be decent. They did not open the door they don’t greet they don’t offer help. Okay cool. They make me wait for 30 min right after i said i need the car in 10 minutes i have a reservation. And the car and whoever took the car to park it was nowhere to be found. And this happened twice. The hotel is really going down. It is sad to see this happen to this hotel. Never staying here again

Very nice Hotel, that’s very close to the Galleria Mall which is huge. There are many fine dining restaurants in the area as well as many other eateries. The Hotel Staff is friendly and helpful from the Valets, to the front desk as well as house keeping.
