Super affordable! Exceptionally clean! Legendary customer service! Professional and courteous staff. Best Katy area Super 8 hotel. PERIOD!! The owner/manager Jams, made me feel so welcome after such a long drive. The room was spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and warm. The hospitality was the best I’ve experienced in years. The other guests were quiet and respectful. The location and freeway access was super convenient. BEST.EXPERIENCE. EVER!!!

They do not have Internet in the room, it is neglected with burnt sheets, its burnt lights and it is appreciated that there is no constant maintenance, I'm sorry I had to say

It is just ok. Nothing to brag about but a place to sleep if you are looking for a place to sleep in that neighborhood.

Everything was horrible!!! From the beginning to end and I only stayed 1 NIGHT! -refrigerator had old bugs look like nats. -Roaches!! One crawled across my boyfriends head while we were sleeping. -flies!! -The tub tub had a small roach crawling in it! Overall everything was just filthy about their place!! Would not recommend.

Room smells bad and dirty, service was even worse. I will recommend this place to anyone. This place feels like old dirty country house with a mean housekeeper that does not care about the property or service. It’s like “take it or leave it”
