The location was not what I expected for that hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the room was clean but that was about it especially for the price I was paying for 2 nights.

Groups of men hanging around in the parking lot making noise until after midnight, roaches in all areas of the room, stains on the curtains, and a huge hole in the bathroom wall.

It looked nothing like the pictures and it was people everywhere and I don’t feel safe. So I asked for a refund and called you guys about a refund and was still charged.

I am in Houston and we had the storm and I booked the room. When I arrived the hotel did not have power. I was charged for not staying there and they have a no refund policy. So thanks for nothing. I will be disputing this with my bank.
