The stay here was horrible, first thing ******* booked the wrong hotel location when I specifically booked another location that stayed at, they would not refund me my money so i had no choice but to stay. When I arrived it was a guest outside fighting with his significant other, the room was smelly, dirty, the couch was filthy, there wasnt a iron, we only had one roll of tissue, the towels were very thin, they only had 2 thin pillows on the bed and the shower curtain was dirty/nasty. If i could give no stars I would and im considering disputing with my bank because I want a refund ASAP

La habilitación la limpiaron una sola vez en una semana, fuera se veían pandilleros y personas peligrosas y para colmo salí un día antes y el hotel me robó mi dinero diciendo en su página oficial ie reembolsaban según sus políticas o sea que habría algún descuento pero nunca pence que estafaran. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Stayed here on multiple occasions and I have to admit there is always such a pleasant experience. Clean , spacious, located in a very good area of NW Houston.

When checking in, the gentleman at the front desk was less than pleasant and almost annoyed that he had to help me. Room was clean and orderly, but sheets were for summertime and the temp was near 40deg outside. Next morning, discovered that there was no hot water in tub or sink. Then when trying to pack by 11, was rudely reminded I needed to vacate premises ASAP. I inquired about the hot water only to be told, "I only work here." I've traveled the world, and only in the past few years and only in the US have I encountered about 50% of my rooms no longer have hot water. As for Scottish Inns, never again.
