There was no breakfast provided for one of the two nights I stayed there. I paid for breakfast, which was a little disappointing. The rest was ok. It's not far from the airport and has a good location. Maybe Houston is a little humid, so you can encounter some small animals in the room, haha

We checked in about 7 the evening of March 21, 2023.
I waited in the vehicle while my husband went in. My husband happened to mention that I had a bad knee.
When we entered our room, we were pleased to see he’d put us in a handicap accessible room.
This made it easier and safer for me to move around.

This was a ok Hotel for a 1 night stay. My toilet paper was wet. Not a good sign when you’re needing TP ASAP.

Definitely not the Hilton experience that I’m accustomed to. The employees at the desk do not try to make you feel welcome. I was not offered complimentary water. We “don’t do that” I was told. When I asked about breakfast, which I paid extra for during booking, I was told that is not correct, they don’t offer paying up front for breakfast. Overall I was disappointed, I was made to feel that they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there. Will continue to stay at Hiltons, but definitely not this property again.
