Hygiene: Dust can be seen everywhere in the room, and there is a strong sewer smell.
Service: Unprofessional service. It took two days of communication to change the room before the result was received. When I checked in, the deposit charged me a thousand dollars for the first time. The front desk found out that it was a mistake.
The room has no windows that let in sunlight, and it’s no different from living in a basement.

Clean and friendly hotel.
Great location and very nice to stay.
There was no restaurant for breakfast, but it was okay to eat simple food sold on the first floor.

They have a 24 hour pool on the rooftop that is amazing over Houston so excited went there for a party for Fourth of July and had to book my own room todaySo you have to come to Houston you have to check it out you have to be at the aloft

The Staff was very nice and helpful especially Niesha. And Iyana is very helpful also and the valet crew was awesome George and SARAH and give SARAH a bigger coat please and thank you

Great service and nice people!! We stayed a weekend and it was centrally located. Rooms are spacious but not a lot of natural light. On the other hand, slept well in the mornings as lighting was perfect for sleeping. Would definitely stay again

Great location and service. Everything was walkable or a short Uber ride away. The staff, including Tyrus and Aisha, were warm and helpful. True southern hospitality. The room was comfortable. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Houston.
