staff friendliness. Even if you do not speak English well, you will be kind to me slowly. Smoking area is good. However, the shower water pressure is weak.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room because my husband is in a wheelchair. However when we got the room reservation had been changed by the sales manger to a regular room. There were no wheelchair rooms-this made our visit extremely difficult and disappointing. Who has the right to change our reservation?

Great hotel! The facilities were fresh and tidy. The room was large and very accommodating for a long-term stay. The breakfast in the morning was an additional perk, along with the 24 hour coffee station. I didn’t use the gym or the pool, but it was great that they were both offered!

Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston Energy Corridor is a great location just off of I 10. AJ greeted us with a smile! The hotel was clean and comfortable. AJ is truly an asset to the Hilton Brand! We need more just like her! The breakfast area was clean and spacious. I recommend this location!
