The hotel is more like a hostel, and is manned by a couple of staff. Bed linen, duvet covers appear and felt unclean. Toilet floor tiles are sticky and the floor mat (towel) gets really dirty once put on the floor. I would not recommend this place, unless you are travelling alone and don't mind the above.

Turned up and was told I was only allowed to stay for the one nIght out of three booked. Still one month later chasing for a refund - avoid OYO disgusting service

Very tired hotel. On 4th floor. Although sign says lift, there isn't one. No plug in bathroom. When asked for one, told where it should be, but it wasn't. To worn-out to go back down and report it. No information whatsoever in the room

Room not cleaned for 5 days. Had to ask for clean towels. No phone or fans in room so so hot awful. When the broken hair dryer was changed door left open so anyone could have gone in. Staff have no idea about customer service. Do not recommend

The room was large and clean.
It would be better to have two pillows on the beds rather than one. A hair dryer and hangers in the wardrobes.
The water could have been hotter in the shower. The staff were very pleasant.

Poor condition sofa split material apparently need to tell staff if cleaning needed also expensive rip off car park . Only stayed as last minister was vey cheap

We were looking for a fairly cheap hotel for 1 night as we were going to the football. On arrival we saw the gentleman on the reception who was very helpful. No issue with any off the staff. The hotel unfortunately is in need of a makeover and was a little run down in areas. No least the bathroom and room in general. Didn't spoil our visit but needs a lot of updating.
