酒店還是比較新的，在揚州住了金陵大酒店還行就在淮安也居住了，沒啥驚喜沒有升級，最大影響就是服務一直電話問。

服務很好的酒店，管理到位，服務熱情。入住期間大堂經理季鋒為我解決房間問題，還給我送外賣和禮物🎁去房間。今天退房時季經理還問候我們入住情況，很是關心我們，服務很熱情周到，下次來淮安一定再入住這裏

外環境，酒店綠化做的很好，園景很愜意。
房間內，衞生做的很好，床是真的睡得舒服。有冰箱，但是冰箱基本沒製冷，所以送的銀耳沒辦法冰起來。
服務，前台經理禮儀規範做的很好，進門都會微笑打招呼。門僮大叔穿戴整齊一絲不苟。餐廳，經理很nice。今天在餐廳碰到沒素質的大叔拿公筷公夾直接在自助餐枱對着嘴吃，好惡心，反饋後經理很快把餐枱的用具換了。早餐菜品都還不錯，就是時間還是很緊張的，7點到9:30。有睡懶覺習慣的，基本就無緣了。

來淮安參加馬拉松比賽 酒店地理位置非常好 邊上就是萬達消費購物都非常方便 酒店環境也非常好 設施齊全 從前台一直到客房服務都非常貼心 兩位阿姨孫琪 王秀芹服務熱情貼心 房間打掃乾淨整潔 以後還會帶朋友來淮安遊玩還住這家酒店

參加淮安馬拉松，經對比選了金陵大酒店，園林式酒店，環境優美，離賽道起點2公里，1公里就是萬達商圈。第一天到達酒店，拿房卡時，大廳經理龐莉就熱情接待了我們，還看我們行李重，而且下雨拿着傘，主動要求幫忙拿行李一起護送我們到達房間，並且事無鉅細，講了很多注意事項。還有客房中心朱美霞，主動送上晚安水果以及祝福馬拉松成功完賽的温馨小紙條以及西遊記連環畫。還有由於第二天標間滿房，又在我們出去遊玩時主動幫忙拿行李換到新的大床房，讓我感受到了淮安人民的熱情好客！馬拉松比賽當天，酒店餐廳5點就提供了陽春麪和雞蛋，真的讓人感動！酒店旁邊的母愛路的盡頭就是張純如紀念館，還有個吃淮揚菜的早茶店也在附近，旁邊還有運動步道，對面是櫻花園。總之淮安之旅很滿意！謝謝你們！
