Its proximity to all the major photo-op spots in the ancient town means food, drinks, and entertainment are all easily accessible. The service is attentive and thoughtful. The rooms are fully integrated with smart home features, and they offer a one-stop service for laundry, drying, and even late-night snacks. The front desk lady had an exceptionally good attitude. If I have the chance to visit again, this will definitely be my first choice."

"I brought my kids here for a trip, and I was expecting a five-star hotel. But when I entered the room, I was going to wash my kids first, but I saw that the toothbrush was not given and there was a toothpaste left in it, which meant that the room was not cleaned at all. I didn't even dare to think whether the sheets and other things were changed. The hotel manager changed the room and sent a breakfast. The shoe bench in the new room was full of stains, and I was too lazy to change it so late. The body lotion was empty after two squeezes, and I had to ask for a refill. The hair dryer head kept falling off. It was really a bad experience. I'm sorry for the so-called five-star hotel. The location is a bit remote. The hotel lobby and the breakfast area on the first floor are very cold. The breakfast is average and has no special features. I can only say that at this price, what else do you want! I will definitely not consider this hotel when I come to Huai'an again"

"The clean bath towels had yellow stains on them. The curtains were too short, letting in light from both the top and bottom edges starting at 5 AM, which made it impossible to sleep well. The toilet had incredibly strong suction, similar to an airplane toilet, which was extremely loud. It's fine during the day, but flushing the toilet in the middle of the night was an absolute nightmare! A huge, booming sound! And the glass door didn't block any sound! It was truly awful!"

"Located in Huai'an Commercial Center, opposite Wanda Plaza. The transportation is extremely convenient. You can see the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall from the room, the tram station downstairs, two stops to Hexia, and the Qingjiang Puli Canal in 30 minutes. The bed in the booked room is surprisingly large, 2.7 meters wide; the air conditioning is powerful; there is a bathtub; the free bottled water is quite unique, it is Yancheng's seawater desalination product. My aunt gave me a welcome gift in the afternoon, including a Journey to the West blind box, and I drew Tang Monk. The service staff are very polite and actively help solve various problems. In-room dining is not expensive. For dinner, we tasted the hotel's fried long fish and Qin Gong meatballs. The breakfast buffet covers Chinese and Western categories, and the noodle stall provides red soup noodles (you can add your own toppings) and small wontons. Choose one of four tickets for Huai'an attractions: the package you booked includes tickets for Huai'an Government Office, Water Transport Museum, and Wu Chengen Memorial Hall, saving more than 100 yuan. Shen Kun didn't go to Zhuangyuan's Mansion, but the person who bought the ticket said that the picture printed on the exchange coupon was Wu Cheng'en Memorial Hall. Afternoon tea set: There are fruits, snacks, tea or coffee, and freshly made snacks."

If you stay in Xiaohu Park during the Spring Festival, you can also enjoy fire pots, iron flower performances and drone performances. It is very cost-effective. The welcome fruit plate was made of cherries and sunshine roses. The handmade chocolate and chocolate brownie were super delicious. I thought I would buy some to take away when I checked out, but I forgot."

The hygiene and environment are good, and the Journey to the West series comic books are also given."

The wet and dry areas are separated, and the hair dryers are Dyson models. Thoughtful amenities include disposable bath liners, conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome fruit and small desserts were also provided. 🍑Breakfast: A very generous breakfast! Vegetables, fruits, nuts, yogurt, whole grains, pastries, milk, and juice were included. The freshly cooked wontons and noodles were also quite good. It caters to most people's needs. 🍇Environment: The architecture and gardens are beautifully designed. Whether strolling under the lights, relaxing, swinging by the lake, or admiring the roses and hedges in the courtyard, every snapshot is a masterpiece!"

"Drove 12 hours from Shanghai to Huai'an over two days for the May Day holiday. The beautiful scenery at the hotel really helped alleviate a lot of the fatigue. The service was excellent, and the room facilities were brand new. The provided clothes drying rack was a thoughtful touch, really appreciated that! The May Day breakfast special was a buy-one-get-one-free, and they even waived the cost for my older child, which was incredibly good value. The only downside is that there are no shops nearby, making it inconvenient to buy things."

"We brought our kids to Bear's World, and this hotel truly offers incredible value for money! The location is super convenient; we didn't have to rush in the morning to get to the park. The room was much bigger than we expected, clean and tidy, and there was plenty of space for the kids to play with their toys without feeling cramped. The service was exceptional; the front desk staff saw we had children and proactively upgraded our room, even giving the little ones some snacks. The breakfast spread was extensive, with both Western and Chinese options. My child had two omelets, and my parents-in-law praised the perfectly cooked congee. Parking is free, and the environment is quiet, so we slept soundly at night. Overall, our stay was comfortable and great value. This is definitely the right choice for a family trip!"

"It is the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The standard room is larger than the big bed room. The standard room bathroom is larger. It has a balcony on the first floor. I like it very much. In fact, a suite should be set, so it is bigger and more suitable for a family. The suite seems to be on the 2nd floor, which is cheaper than my order for 2 rooms. I recommend everyone to stay."

"As a participant of the Huai'an Marathon, staying at the Lan Ou Hotel was a real surprise! I originally booked a hotel close to the starting point just for convenience, but I didn't expect the gain would far exceed my expectations. When the front desk learned that we were marathon runners, they took the initiative to upgrade our room type that did not include breakfast and gave us two free breakfasts. What was even more touching was that they adjusted the breakfast time on the 13th especially for the event - a hearty energy breakfast was prepared at 5:30 in the morning, with hot porridge, eggs, and steamed buns, allowing us to eat warm food in the cold morning. This meticulous care for the event was so touching! From the handwritten cheering in the lobby to the finisher's blessings at check-out, every detail shows the understanding of runners and truly puts the "feeling at home" feeling into practice. I highly recommend this to future runners. This is definitely a treasure hotel that understands athletes best during the Huai Marathon!"

The lobby has a grand high ceiling, and when the lights come on at night, it feels incredibly upscale. Perfect for photos! 📸 👉 I have to praise the hygiene! The bathroom mirror was sparkling clean, and even the toilet seat was warm. As someone who pays attention to details, I was very satisfied! ✨ 👉 The facilities are quite good. The salad bar had fresh vegetables and a good variety of dressings. Breakfast was very pleasant. 💣 Minor drawback: The service was indeed average. Check-in at the front desk was a bit slow, and I had to remind housekeeping for cleaning... But for this price, what more could you ask for?! Overall, definitely go for it! It's suitable for both business travel and family trips, offering excellent value for money. I'll stay here again next time I visit!"

We booked three rooms, and the king room was also good. The front desk staff provided excellent service – they were proactive, enthusiastic, and patient. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and very tasty; the tea was delicious. The disposable toiletries were of good quality, and the hairdryer was powerful. My relatives were satisfied both times, and we'll continue to choose this hotel."
