I just met cleaning when I went out, and I peeked at each actual room type. Overall, each space is enough and comfortable. Make an environmentally friendly hotel, but the same general hotel will organize it every day to promote passengers to reduce waste. The cleanliness is very good, and the hot water is enough to relax in an instant. Breakfast buffet, food is not bad, many halal food.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and pocket friendly. The location is quite strategic. There are many restaurants in the vicinity so you don't have to worry about going hungry. This hotel also provides some snacks & drinks in the lobby which you can enjoy all day from 09⁰⁰ - 22⁰⁰. The customer service is also friendly, it's just a bit difficult to communicate. I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

The dining room is clean and has a large space. There is a special parking lot. If the parking lot is full, 100 parking fees will be subsidized. It is very close to the city center and it is very convenient for shopping and shopping. I will stay here again.

There is a viewing balcony on the top floor. It should have a view of more than 180 degrees, right? You can also see warplanes rushing up the sky, so hi! After check in, there are still some small ideas for reference: First, the lobby on the first floor is very clean, the cafe is very clean, must be the result of hard staff cleaning! But it is strange that the public toilet on the first floor is not big, but the toilet trash can is full of toilet paper (all full to the floor) but no one cleans it. Is it strange? Second, before check-in, everyone said that the service staff here is very enthusiastic, ㄟ...... is not bad! But I didn't feel the enthusiasm! When I checked in, the counter lady gave me a formal explanation (I looked up at them, no smile!) The next morning I went to borrow my bike and the gentleman asked me to fill in the information with a straight face! At last, when I checked out, I pushed a 27-pack full of suitcases and two full backpacks into the heavy front door of the hall. The counter lady looked at me and said, ”Be careful on the way! There is no meaning to help me push the door open at all, let alone help me push it to the car! So are the service staff enthusiastic? I don't know! Maybe I am less gratifying haha! I still recommend it to everyone!

We got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice. Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, and it is a private bathroom inside the room (not shared bathroom outside the room!). Towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well. Public area: There is a public area (like a kitchen) and an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor where you can make your own coffee or milk tea (which are provided there). Water dispenser can also be found there. There's a friendly (wild) cat too! Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage: If you're looking to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, your luggage will just be stored on the corridor beside the counter with no safety other than ”name labels”. Safety: Password will be required for entry into the inn after certain time at night. Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). Convenience stores and some restaurants can be found within walking distance from the inn.

I didn’t expect that there is such a value-for-money hotel in Hualien City. It is close to the city and Dongdamen Night Market. It is very convenient. There are free instant noodles and snacks in the public space on the first floor. I will come next time. Will definitely come again to Hualien

The pool is biggest ever tried in Taiwan, kid is having fun. The facility is impressed after renovation, but few things can be improved; 1. The buffet restaurant is small, easily overfull and took long line to get in on peak hours. 2. The bed is too hard, this is quit disappointed, it seems to me the bed was not upgrade during the room renovation. V

There are roadside parking grids and business districts nearby, not bad, there is a famous barbecue restaurant downstairs, it is really delicious 😋 If you are an accommodation ordered on the website, the hotel does not have parking spaces and you must find your own parking method. There are parking lots and on-street parking spaces nearby to choose from.

After three years of epidemic, I came to Hualien City again and booked this hotel through the platform. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, about two or three kilometers away from the downtown area, but there are no major problems. The room is overall quite spacious and clean. You can see the whole thing on the top floor. The scenery of Hualien Port is nearby. There are some high-end communities with some high-quality restaurants. In the evening, I took a walk nearby to find a restaurant that felt good and tasted the delicious food. Overall, it was commendable.

But the actual check-in condition was better than I expected. 1.Counter: The service staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient; When I called the counter to ask questions, the staff was very professional and responded directly to the point. 2. Before checking in, I confirmed my check-in details and needs with Trip.com. Trip.com’s response was also super fast and they did feedback my needs to the hotel. It doesn't make me feel like I can't find anyone to deal with it after I book the room. 3. The room is very clean and the sound insulation equipment is also very good. 4. The air conditioner will be cool, and you can adjust the intensity by yourself (air conditioning is very important, and this aspect is good) 5. Although the breakfast items are not many, they have the basic ones. When I went to have breakfast, a staff member reported that there were only 2 small pieces of fermented bean curd left on the plate, and the staff immediately refilled a plate.
