There was a major earthquake the morning after we checked in, and the hotel staff dealt with it very quickly. On the same day, we also saw disaster inspection personnel from the fire brigade checking into the hotel to prepare for disaster relief the next day.
I saw the hotel staff repairing pipelines, cleaning, and even willing to move us to a lower floor (from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor). I really appreciate their hard work!

I was on a business trip to Hualien when I encountered the 3/4 super earthquake. Hualien was severely affected and the entire traffic was in chaos. The hotel staff were very active in helping and guiding customers and were very professional and responsible.
