I was on a business trip to Hualien when I encountered the 3/4 super earthquake. Hualien was severely affected and the entire traffic was in chaos. The hotel staff were very active in helping and guiding customers and were very professional and responsible.

This is a hotel where you can see the sunrise from the top floor. The room is very ordinary. The water in the bathroom is very large and it is very comfortable to wash. The breakfast dining environment is a bit crowded. The meals are ordinary, but you can eat enough. Afternoon tea biscuits and cookies are provided. Coffee and tea make people feel happy when they check in😃

Then we went to Hualien...Haiyatt Hotel is my first choice (the breakfast is delicious) and all the dishes today are my favorite (fried noodles) and they are also delicious

If you extend your stay, we will help you arrange your stay in the original room. The room faces the road. If you open the balcony window, there will be obvious traffic noise. If the window is closed, the sound insulation will be no problem. However, the sound of running water in the bathroom pipes in the room was very loud, and the sound of drainage upstairs could be heard. Fortunately, the sound of drainage does not last forever, otherwise it would be too disturbing. The whole hotel is equipped with flush toilets, but I happened to live in a room with a problem. The service staff was very active in dealing with it, but it still couldn't be repaired. They offered the option of changing rooms, but they didn't change it because they thought it was troublesome. There are only about 5 parking spaces on the arcades on both sides of the building. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is no space, you can park on the roadside nearby, which is quite convenient. For a two-day stay, the dinner menu will change, but it is just a basic breakfast, and afternoon tea will include free coffee and biscuits. Overall, the CP value for a double room including breakfast is high
