沒有停車場 沒有停車場 沒有停車場！！
建議民宿將設施服務-停車場拿掉，容易誤導住客，接待人員態度不好，詢問是否有停車場時，對方請我們自己到附近空地找車位，假若沒有車位的話對方應該也不知道怎麼辦。
入住時只告知房間樓層，自己上樓進房，不會帶你上去以及導覽房內設備，接待人員臉很臭，可能坐一整天在等待入住的旅客吧！
房內裝潢很漂亮，空間很大，設備很齊全，住的非常舒適！

民宿有電梯，不用擔心拿行李要爬樓梯，整間民宿很都很漂亮，布置用心，到處都好拍，房間內有前後陽台，景觀超好，早上可以連續看到許多F16飛來飛去超興奮🤣🤣，床很大很舒服軟硬適中，隔音很好，電視很高清，可惜影片沒有開放權限，吹風機風很大超好用，冷氣超強，很快就涼，浴室沒有放衣服的地方比較不方便，下次來花蓮玩會在來

因老闆有事，所以有點像半自助式的入住
入住後有很多地方不懂，因為沒人接代介紹
像是用餐時間、清理房物時間或是入住詳細介紹都沒有
都是自己主動詢問才得知
感覺其實不太好
早餐很好吃！很豐富！
第二天老闆為了我們方便也是提供外帶形式早餐
床鋪有部分污漬，地板也有很多頭髮
其餘都還蠻乾淨的
但到了第二天時，房間沒有被打掃到
一進房垃圾一樣滿、床一樣亂，就連浴巾都沒有給新的
結果也是我們主動打電話詢問，因為老闆第二天還是不在..
致電後，老闆表示打掃阿姨掃錯，但也只能晚一點才能幫我們送浴巾及垃圾袋
從第一天到最後，都沒感受道歉意或解釋
好像都理所當然沒關係，感覺超級差
連要小朋友的洗澡用品都是自己拿上樓的
房間當然很好很大，而且還有附水冷電扇，早餐也很好吃，但對於入住服務跟貼心，真的是大扣分
對於我來說房間很重要，但服務跟談吐更重要

地點好找、停車方便，房間非常大且附有陽台很加分，乾淨整齊，有電梯。老闆很親切！房內附的是唐寧茶包，該有的備品都有，已超越一般民宿等級，實在物超所值！
