離花蓮車站非常近，很方便！
一樓大門大廳頗有設計感！
房間比想像中大，床很大！
淋浴間跟馬桶是分開的，這點設計很好！
唯可以加強的是濕氣重有霉味
出電梯味道就蠻明顯的。

大堂及清潔員工不足， 清潔完房間忘記加添免費樽裝水，要求客人到大堂自取， 房間需24小時開抽濕器， 因為總有一股發梅的味道， 以及床上被鋪總是感覺有潮濕感。
