Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

The sea view room has a great view! The hotel has many parent-child facilities! ! Let the kids have fun! There is also an ocean park to go to! ! It is a place where children can discharge their energy unlimitedly. I will go there again next time if I have the chance.

It's a great hotel. I chose a sea view room, facing the vast Pacific Ocean. The view is first-class, but the clouds were too thick and I couldn't see the sunrise. The breakfast buffet is diverse. Check-in/check-out is smooth, and there is a free shuttle bus to and from the theme park and to the train station or airport when leaving. When I was ready to check out, the front desk staff automatically came forward to confirm whether I would take the shuttle bus and arrange for my luggage to get on the bus first. It was a very considerate service and I will stay again.

We didn’t do any homework before checking in, thinking that Ocean Park was open, and chose to stay at Yuelai. This was our mistake. When we checked in at the hotel, we still asked about Ocean Park tickets. The service staff answered the relevant questions fluently, but did not remind Ocean Park that it was open. Not open yet, we didn’t find out until we arrived at Ocean Park
