1,入住說房間幫我們升等至對面的商務館,但裡面房間霉味很重,久久不散
2.浴室的毛巾也是一股放了許久的味道,確定入住當天一定沒有換毛巾和整理房間
3.WIFI斷斷續續
4.床邊沒有插頭
5.只能算勉強及格

1. 地點不錯, 離花蓮火車站非常近, 鄰近地區很方便, 但無法步行至東大門夜市
2. V館電梯可能是有在搬運食材關係, 味道不是很好聞
3. 室外停車場超級大, 不怕沒有位置; 地下停車場位子約20來個, 先到先停
4. 早餐真的不似之前評論的很好, 樣式四五種且坦白講與個人口味不符
5. A館餐廳環境有改善空間, 有股老式餐廳五味雜陳的味道, 地板也是髒髒黏黏, 碗盤更是黑黑的, 建議應把碗盤內部變色的更新
6. 房間桌前只有一個插座可用, 這很不方便; 現代人多有手機, 平板, 筆電等多樣 Mobile device, 充起電來找不到插座可用
7. 最後一點最令人不滿意, V館 Wifi 連線訊號跟頻寬太差, 多次斷訊且連線速度超級慢, 最後乾脆用本人5G訊號分享還比較快

雙人房房間空間太小，衛浴空間也很小
多要一床棉被，只能提供涼被，雖然也不是沒給，但涼被沒辦法當冬被用啊!

飯店整體還算乾淨！床算是滿偏硬的⋯但是不引響睡眠！就當睡了硬床⋯
缺點就是是離東大門夜市有點距離⋯整體OK
