ホテルのスタッフは中々良いのですが、英語があまり話せません。一人だけ日本語が少しはせますが、片言です。アメニティも言わないとあまり提供されません。歯ブラシもレジストレーションの時にもらわないとありません。後1番問題だったのは複数日程ではドアに掃除を依頼するステッカー貼らないと掃除もアメニティも加えてくれないのはどうかと思います。タオルを洗わなくてもいいと指定した時以外はきちんと掃除して欲しいと思いました。ただチェックアウト後の地震の時に一時的に非難させてくれるなど対応の良いところもありました。
