We have great hospitality from 艳艳 (我们的管家） The resort is located at the idea venue, closed to 光明顶 walking distance 15 to 20 mins, toilet with smart toilet, with hotel shower as well as all the necessary toiletries, room with warmer, bed is comfy, blanket can really keep u warm, she even ready some snack for us to have it when descent from the resort, btw when we heading back to resort after completed west sea got heavy rain, she immediate get us a cup of ginger tea! The room with spare warmer jacket too 😊

Excellent service and a perfect location for seeing the sunset. Ms. Song's attention to detail evolved a simple sightseeing experience to an immersive adventure in Huangshan. Ms. Song's hospitality transformed the once daunting mountain range to a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make the most out of their stay!

This is a really unique hotel in an extraordinary location. The web of paths and trails up and down the mountain and on the mountain top is wonderful to explore, and despite being quite busy, had some spaces to stop and enjoy the view peacefully. My room at the hotel was very well appointed, with everything I needed - toothbrush, etc, even a warm coat to borrow for the sunrise hike in the mist! The service from QinQin (who was assigned to help me) was excellent - thoughtful and attentive. I also enjoyed the varied and delicious buffets for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is expensive compared to one in a more conventional location, but I understand the reason for this considering that everything is brought to the hotel by porters by on foot! I felt it was worth it to enjoy a full day on the mountaintop, which isn’t really possible otherwise.

We had an amazing stay. Xiao Ye (小叶）was our hotel personnel, and she was fantastic! She escorted us to our hotel room, explained all the amenities, and was available via WeChat to answer all our questions. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel provided gifts of fruit and water every day to keep us healthy and hydrated on our hikes. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of everything. The Chinese style buffet was simple but filling. Given that everything is carried up the mountain on porters’ backs, the food selection is very good. On our departure day, they sent us on our way with a free cup of milk tea or Costa coffee, and they remained available even after check out if we had any questions on our way down the mountain.

Service was very good, we were helped by YanYan and she explained us in detail about the nearby surroundings and facilities. She told us the best places to view the sunset and sunrise. Very friendly and professional! Amenities were more than enough. The room is nice and clean and it was a nice stay after a long hike!

Was served by 星华 customer service officer at the hotel and ahe got us a free upgrade to Area A. Was very helpful throughout the stay sending us indormation about sunset and sunrise and offered us free snacks and drinks as well. Really good service.

Surprisingly good experience. Lovely hotel in the best spot between the three lifts. I was assigned my own private host, Huang Xinghua, and she went out of the way to make sure I had all the best options for viewing places, food, and drink. Highly recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Bai Yun Hotel. It is located very nicely on top of the mountain but not too close to the cable cars so it’s not directly where all the tourists arrive. And staying on top was the best decision because the Parc emptied after 4pm which was very enjoyable! You can watch the sunset or sunrise as you wish and it’s a very beautiful mountain area! Maybe even a little nicer than Zhangjiajie. The staff in the hotel is very friendly speaks even some English which was helpful and very welcoming. Special thanks goes to our account manager Song Shulin who provided us with a lot of information around the hotel, mountain, dinner and breakfast options and had some pleasant surprises for us during our stay. Very kind and professional. Always there when we needed her. Would definitely come back and recommend.

My honest opinion as a foreigner. I was skeptical about the good reviews until the last 3 days of stay at BaiYun. Location is central to various routes, room is not too small, its clean and water pressure is good. Surprisingly, the hot water is almost instant. Most important, i was attached with customer manager 黄星华, shes very hospitable, knowledgable and passionate in her role. I felt completely at home. Kudos to her professionalism. Morning breakfast is normal with not much spread but Dinner is good. The sound insulation is not good but every guest must learn to excuse this. Only con is the politeness of the house keepers, this needs improvement.

Top notch personalised service from the moment we arrived. We are assigned an account manager, Ms Huang, who sent us constant updates about sunset and sunrise times including location and recommended start time. We are also given a reminder about meal times and location and any trail we wish to consider going, we are given a video of how to get there. Specially amazed with Ms Huang’s close follow up even after we left, she still check in on us to ask if we have arrived safely. Thumbs up on the room, well maintained with smart toilet and variety of tv channels. Highly recommended to stay here. Just 15 minutes from nearest sunrise/sunset view point.

Great experience. Made my way to the hotel exhausted after a day of hiking and was attended to by Ms Huang Xinhua who immediately got me a much needed cup of warm tea on the house. Cannot say better things about her service- it was really top notch. She had recommendations for sunset, sunrise, as well as for the next leg of my journey the coming morning. Not to mention she was exceedingly attentive and also arranged for complimentary drinks and gave some local food souvenirs for me to take home! The rooms themselves were slightly dated- understandable given their location up in the mountains- but otherwise clean, comfortable and well equipped. I think this hotel extremely well placed- only a short distance between Guangmingding, Turtle Peak and the West Sea monorail. All in all, the price for this hotel was premium, but I would say that the location and service delivered. 位置很方便，房间舒适， 特别感谢黄星华管理十分贴心的服务。希望下次能再来。

I was amazed with the rooms! Very cozy. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We had a long hike and they were welcoming us very warmly.

This was a great experience! It’s so pleasant that you can take a hot shower after a long hiking. The miss 宋书琳 hosted us is especially welcome. Recommend to everyone coming to Huang Shan. You won’t regret it.
