The staff are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The property is charming with great views. The room was nice and clean with great beds and modern, well-functioning bathroom fixtures.

We loved our stay with Santa Cruz. It was like staying with good friends. Willie, Flo, Judy, David and others were very friendly, helpful, and professional. From organizing a tour, to answering quick texts about appropriate Taxi fares, arranging laundry, and accommodating our vegetarian diet, everything was perfect. Tasty breakfasts cooked just right, super clean rooms, and just wonderful staff!

Nice view. Very clean. However it was a bit far from the plaza. Although, David and Tiana were very helpful if you ever book a room there ask for them.

Lo destacable del hotel es la vista al nevado desde el comedor y el personal muy amable, en especial la Sra. Flor. Las habitaciones son básicas, limpias y confortables. El desayuno es agradable y variado, cuentan con una chimenea que mantiene calientito el lugar. Estuve alojada en el tercer piso y en algunas oportunidades el ruido de las palomas puede ser molestoso. Me desagradó la falta de empatía del Administrador cuando tuvimos algunas consultas y también hacia el personal que labora. Lo recomiendo!!

The staff was friendly and beyond helpful in every way. They helped arrange transfers to our hike 4 hours away, and any other place we needed to go. We would definitely stay again if we return.
