The bedding is super good, and the room is also well soundproofed. Sleeping well when you are away from home is the most important thing! The laundry room and the gym are facing Huashan Mountain. If you don't have a mountain view room, you can go here for nothing. Our mountain view room faces Huayue Avenue, and we can only see part of it from the side. The intelligent voice control system is as stupid as always. Xi'an is better than other hotels in that it provides voice menu instructions, but I am not satisfied that the air volume cannot be controlled. The setting of the shower room is a bit flawed: there is no place to hang clothes. The location is okay. It's almost the same to take a taxi by yourself or ask the hotel to help call a taxi. It's good to stay here if you don't like noise. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, but you can actually start eating at 6:30, but it's not complete, and there are still many meals being prepared. The pace of life here seems to be relatively late. If you want to get up early to climb the mountain, you can consider dining in the hotel. By the way, the two old ladies selling gloves and crutches at the door are a bit dark, so you must bargain!

I called the front desk, and the front desk said sorry to me and said that I should come to clean it now. I climbed the mountain for more than 10 hours, and I was so tired that I couldn't describe it. I also had to take a shower. How could I handle the problem like this? After half a day, the front desk called me and repeated what their colleagues said before, telling me to change the room. Since it was possible to change the room, why didn't I change it at the beginning? I was too tired to move, and the luggage was not packed, so I didn't change it. In the end, I was still waiting for the result, but she hung up the phone first. I really... After I woke up after resting, their service manager sent me a text message to tell me to send me breakfast to solve this problem. I really... My platinum card benefits already have breakfast, do you need you to send it? The staff training is not in place, the management's solution to the problem is too perfunctory, the connection between the front desk and the guest room is not close enough, and there are such basic mistakes near the scenic spot.
