房間比較乾淨，服務比較好
華山北站接送服務:很快接到了，離得很近。
服務：這裏不好打車，會幫忙叫車，到華山遊客中心，20 塊錢。退房時忘了拿耳機，幫忙找到了。走的時候送了 USB 小禮品。

前台姐姐超級好 退房的時候就問了一句怎麼去高鐵站立刻就説有接送服務然後就找人給我安排了 位置距離高鐵站很近也很方便 對床真的很滿意 我有腰傷床的軟硬適中 這點必須好評 而且環境也很好 走的時候還拍了照 整個風格會讓人覺得心情很愉悦 有機會要來多住幾天放鬆放鬆👍

和朋友一起來的 酒店環境很好啊 有自己的小院 尤其到了晚上很漂亮 透過小院長廊的窗户還可以看到陝西小故宮 位置就在高鐵站旁邊 需要走一段 不過給酒店打電話經理來接了 樓頂有山景棋牌室 也有 ktv 很棒 華陰晚上外賣選擇不是很多 好在酒店有提供簡單的夜宵 餃子餛飩啥的 聽説酒店旁邊在果園裡建燒烤園 也是酒店開的 以後再來體驗吧

酒店離高鐵站並沒有很近，交通不是很方便，因為偏僻也叫不了dd。。但很幸運的是這次遇到的兩位前台接待都很熱情友善，有幫忙叫出租車，感覺她們的服務也是帶動酒店消費的很大因素，第二天從華山下來時間還早無條件退了續住也還算合情合理。説實話第一天下雨走過去酒店那麼遠路上又泥濘不堪，整個人都不好了，但遇到好人就像黑暗中看到了光，祝好人一生平安。

酒店在火車站附近，酒店安排接送。酒店環境很好，乾淨衞生，酒店人員也服務到位，老闆娘很熱情。酒店菜品也不錯！值得推薦，下次華山還來這裏！

酒店服務讓人感受到家的温暖。父母78了，這次單獨出來華陰，酒店非常貼心，主動噓寒問暖，挑選房間，晾曬衣服，看着兩位長者年紀大，主動接送站，讓我們非常感動。華陰是父母年輕時工作過的地方，四十多年來首次回來看看，華陰的人依然這麼的美好。感謝。
