臨馬路，深夜貨車聲音很大；二三樓是KTV，兩點前那迪斯扣的聲音不是一般大，隔着幾層樓都吵得睡不了；室內面積較大，但是衞生比較差，很大一股發黴的味道，皮革床沿很多污跡非常噁心，床單被子有點潮，睡一會身上就開始癢了。

有些設施是壞的：門口的防盜鏈缺失，廁所的晾衣繩縮不回去。還有衞生也不太行：洗手池的水龍頭應該是設計問題導致裏面積臟東西，洗手液也積灰，一看就很久沒人擦，剛進沖涼房的時候還發現地板積水都沒拖乾淨。隔音不好：離電梯太近，安靜下來能聽到電梯到達的叮咚聲，以及樓下大概七點多就開始施工，住八樓都被吵到了。
