Stayed for 1 night. Excellent location, 5 minutes to M62. Free parking, room was adequate everything you need. The room was at the rear of the property, and the bed good, had a good nights sleep very quiet. Early start, so didn't book breakfast.

This was the venue for a family wedding. It was shocking. Apart from the friendly gentleman checking us in, the rest of the staff were arrogant and ill experienced. Everything asked or queried was met with attitude and a Cant do attitude.
The hotel itself is on a main road so quite noisy.
The rooms are basic but the water for showers is poor. Also, you only get 1 key so dont dare lose it or you will get a locksmith charge.
They were ill equipped for children,having insufficient travel cots and high chairs.

Very friendly and accommodating, especially as I booked last minute. Great breakfast! Rooms could be a bit cleaner but I’ve stayed in worse.
