The air conditioning was brilliant, making the room very comfortable, especially during the warm weather. A special mention goes to Shoaib and Ray, who were both absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every guest had a great experience. Their outstanding customer service really made my stay memorable. I was also impressed by the thoughtful touches provided by the hotel. The staff placed jugs of ice-cold water out for customers, which was incredibly refreshing and much appreciated. It was a simple gesture that showed genuine care for guests’ comfort. Overall, Premier Inn Huddersfield Central exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent facilities, spotless accommodation, and exceptional staff made for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again."
