Hue Lovely Homestay

Whilst the title has the word homestay, it is actually a boutique hotel. We were disappointed that we were not with a family however, the staff were all very nice and we felt welcomed. Vinh, in particular, was very helpful and sorted out all our tours and taxi trips for us. His English is excellent. We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is in a great location just a stones throw away from walking street. There were Asian and Western breakfast options which were lovely.

Staff incredible, good location and good prices! The room was simple but cozy and the bed are so comfortables. They provide a lot of reccomendations and tips for visit Hué! We will come back some day! We stayed 2 nights, and we feel like home. The breakfast is good ant the people who cooking are very kind too!

The place is well kept, comfortable and spacious. More than that, though, the hosts are absolutely gold. We rented some motor bikes through the host and I had an accident. It looked quite bad and I was hospitalized. I can't thank him enough for not leaving my side and helping me through that process: translating, general support and offering to pay if i was unable to. I needed to repair the bike and i didn't feel ripped off when I was seeing the quotations roll through. Also, both brothers are knowledgeable of the city and the things to do, the place doesn't necessarily have a curfew and you will have access. Also, they have a relationship with Sweethouse Homestay 2, which helped when we needed to stay another night for recovery, but hadn't booked, so they transferred my friends and I to the other side of the city. They also helped with booking overnight busses to places like Ninh Binh which was a great help to us and made things easier. Couldn't recommend the accommodation more but more than that, i am incredibly grateful to the hosts for their support in what was a scary (and painful!) experience.

One of the best stay in Vietnam with clean and well designed room, nice breakfast and friendly host. We are so happy to find this place and would recommend everyone to stay here. It is about 20 mins walk to the citadel and very close to 3 walking street in hue.

From the first moment we had contact with the owner everything was super well organised! We had a taxi service coming to the airport, great advise about hiring some “easy riders” to visit the most important sites with a scooter and a driver to not lose any moment on our trip and a driver back to Hoi An who made a few stops along the route. The home stay is super cozy, the owners very friendly and the breakfast delicious. We will definitely stay at Hue Sweethouse if we are coming back to Hue! Thanks an Vinh and his brother! The homestay is a blast! The family-owned homestay makes very good and nutritionous breakfast! There is a variety to choose from. Rooms are super clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. What definitely stands out is that Vinh (one of the staff) speaks perfectly English, is very helpful and very kind. Bottom neck everyone is nice there :) Even when asking for an extending night, he lowered the price and booked us a new room in their second homestay: Hue Sweethouse Homestay 2. While we were doing our homestay booked motorbike tour to different sightseeing spots, they transferred our luggage to the second homestay! - What a service :-) Many thanks for the incredible stay and shout out to our two motorbike drivers: Tuấn and Huỳnh Quốc! Both of them are incredible drivers and are super relaxed and funny! Best, Raphael

It was perfect! We enjoyed the stay… the staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean, modern and beautiful - I like the furniture and the decoration. The breakfast was really good. The view of our balcony in the room was amazing……..
