Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. I liked the hotel, it’s cozy, clean, there is everything for a comfortable stay (air conditioning and fan, hairdryer, soap set with toothbrushes).
They checked us in earlier than we arrived, for which many thanks to the hotel owners.
On the second day we went on excursions and therefore checked out early in the morning; we were allowed to leave our things. When we returned from the excursions, we were given towels and allowed to take a shower and wash ourselves. They gave me 2 bottles of cold water. Sometimes you won’t find such an attitude towards guests even in expensive hotels.
You can also rent a bike at the hotel. No deposit, which is very convenient.

Perhaps because it was the cheapest room, the window faced the hallway, so we couldn't open the curtains and couldn't let in any fresh air.
The moldy smell was so strong that I got a headache when I woke up in the morning. The smell permeated the clothes in my bag, so I had to wash everything again at the next place.
The location was reasonably convenient, but it took more than 20 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace and the market.

Enthusiastic staff. The room has large windows so it is quite airy. Very central location. You should rent a motorbike here, cheap price. I just hope the hotel has a sign to hang on the door handle so staff can come in and clean the room, because there are people like me who don't want other people to come into the room I'm in when I'm not there.

Really kind staff! The restaurants that are located within the lane the hotel is on are also great. The room was good quality and they were thorough about cleaning the room. The staff was very helpful as well. Would stay again!

Staffs helpful.
Booked all our tours and transportation through them.
Paid for a balcony room. However me and my dad wanted to be on the same floor so I down graded to a smaller room with little lights.
The shower is placed so the water is all over the toilets and floor.
There were ants on our first day in my room. Had to ask for an ants spray.
Then the next day, I saw a dead cockroach on the floor. I was told this common in vietnam!!’.. no it is not!
Over all cleanses is not so good.
