The property has very cool, clean, and nice decor. The staff was excellent anytime we needed anything, especially Van Duc, who helped us secure a jeep tour to Da Nang. He was very helpful during this process and continued to check to ensure we had a good experience. The hotel is very economical. I recommend staying at this property.

This hotel don't have shower in the bathroom, very inconvenient. But the location is great, the breakfast is multi choice and yummy. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Its an excellent hotel with river views, very clean and efficient service by everyone. Breakfast spread is superb and caters to every taste bud. Lovely decor, old world charm and modernity all seamlessly intertwined. Enjoyed our stay.

No investment to renovate the hotel by TTC has not been made yet. And I wonder if TTC would do it later. It's all about real estate investment. You must retrain the female manager of the reception. It seems like that she believes she's professional, but she's not. I am sure she's a very armature for the occupation. Breakfast was good. The room I stayed was terrible. I guess she exchanged my room under the trick of a better river view attraction. I would visit Hue again. But I will choose another hotel for sure. The doorman was doing right on his job. Please do not let any kids to touch the keyboard of the piano in the lobby. You insist this is a 5-star hotel. Extra service price of the hotel is greedy.

The room is large and clean, but there are not many electrical sockets. The bedside lamp cannot be plugged in if the charger is turned on. The breakfast tastes good and the lobby manager is nice. If you stay in a room facing east, you can see the sunrise on a higher floor.

The hotel is in a good location, just in the middle, just across the bridge is the ancient city. The local night market is very lively and filled with young people, and the food is very cheap at 15,000 dong. There are several famous coffee shops nearby. The local snacks are really good and unique compared to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. The folk customs are simple and the Tianmu Temple is five kilometers away, but the Fuyuan Pagoda is worth a visit. The temple was built with royal sponsorship and has a cruise ship dock.

Just writing a review, it's truly a great place. I recommend it. Even though it was a breakfast buffet, I enjoyed it. It was very clean and good. Outdoor swimming pool? It's a bit disappointing

It maintains the appearance of a five-star hotel in the past (wooden floors and antique furniture), but Compared to older hotels, it seemed to be well maintained and there were no inconveniences. The attitude of the staff was so good that I could clearly feel the difference from a business hotel. A group came in, but the location makes it a good place to walk to the royal palace or tourist street.

The facilities are too old. It is called a five-star hotel, but in fact it is only at the level of a domestic hotel priced at 300 yuan. The surrounding facilities are not very convenient. It is recommended to use other websites to find local hotels. You can stay better than here for 400 yuan.

Solid hotel with a nice ambience, good facilities and perfect location. Our river view room on the 15th floor was terrific, the view through the huge picture windows was phenomenal. The only criticism is the somewhat noisy air conditioning.
