Muy buen hotel, con personal atento y servicial, como única pega controlan el aire acondicionado desde la recepción y lo apagan por la noche, aunque lo ponen en marcha bien temprano. El bar del hotel está genial con terraza que da a la calle y donde puedes fumar, además te hacen descuento por estar hospedado en el hotel, también puedes comer en él.

Arrival Tran noticed I was using a crutch, upgraded me to ensure ease of use of facilities. Front of house, restaurant staff and bar staff were all respectful and more than happy to assist. Always greeted you and made you feel welcome. Thankyou Romance Hotel

Hotel is at convenient area, plenty of restaurants around, choices of cuisine to try out!! The hotel also have a nice bar&coffee dining place to chill out for beer and food! Room is clean, and breakfast has a good spread. Staff are very friendly and helpful they assist us with the aircon issue immediately when we informed the reception counter staff. They always have smiling face and welcome you! Good choice staying here and definitely will choose this hotel again for the next trip!

Hotel muy céntrico y confortable. Personal muy atento y amable. Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y confortables. Cama extra grande. Buenas vistas de la ciudad desde el roof top. Zona centro a 2 minutos a pie. Todo excelente. Hue es una ciudad muy bonita

Clean and tidy, quiet room with helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was included and lots of variety. Restaurant on site also. Central to restaurants and close to the historic sites and local markets. Easy walk to the Perfume River. Really enjoyed our stay.

The Romance Hotel is a perfect experience for the weary traveler. The room was clean and quiet. Great A/C in this hot climate. Centrally located; it’s an easy spot for restaurants and bars. Dang Diem (front desk) is very help with places to eat and shop. I would recommend for a reasonably priced room in Hue.
