I was at Hue hotel too far from my dentist for a very early appoin**ent. I was able to online book Champa hotel for check in the next day. I messaged hotel asking them if I can come 7am next day and leave luggage and return after lunch to checkin. No reply so went to hotel by taxi to relay same message but in person. I also paid in full for room. This was early evening. As I paid in cash I requested a receipt which they did not want to give. I used google translate and showed them. Lady insisted on giving me room key even though I did not want it since my booking was to begin following day. I thought she did this so she would not be awoken at 7AM to store my luggage. Next day 7AM I arrived. My second day of booking I was at the beach for afternoon, arrived to hotel very tired and hot. This older woman began screaming at me telling me she called me and I must pay money. No missed calls on my Vietnam telephone. Soon another woman that spoke English better spoke with me and I explained situation and also showed her confirmatory message sent via Agoda to hotel to confirm I had paid in full and will checkin tomorrow. This woman understood and apologised, still the old woman screaming like she could not accept reality. Unneeded stress for no reason. Following day when I checked out, the old woman say a plastic bottle of water I had from room and yelled at me again telling me I must pay for it. Agoda page for Champa hotel says free water and indeed this is standard in hotels throughout Vietnam. It is included in price of room. I just paid as I did not want to spend one second more with this lady.

champa hotel was not what i expected. price is higher when i put app. The attitude of the morning shift receptionist is too bad, working unprofessionally, arbitrarily raising the price. If guests forget their shoes, they will not return them. especially when I checked out, forgot to take the papers and didn't tell the guest to leave and come back to get it. this is the first time I experience this hotel and it will be the last. Thanks

Tôi lần đầu đến nghỉ ở hotel này mà cảm giác như nhà nghỉ. Phòng ốc thì nhà vs vó mùi hôi và ẩm, cách thức phục vụ của lễ tân và chủ khách sạn thì thiếu sự chuyên nghiệp , nhất là khi khách quên đồ thì giấu luôn k trả lại cho khách, kể cả khi quên lấy giấy tờ lúc trả phòng cũng k báo với khách, tôi rất không thích ks này

Tôi vừa có cơ hội trải nghiệm hotel này. Khi trả phòng khách quên đồ mà k báo cho khách biết, khi đi khách quên cũng k báo trả giấy tờ. Lần đầu tiên tôi trải nghiệm huế cũng như sử dụng dịch vụ ở hotel này, mà quá buồn vì cách phục vụ của lễ tân cũng như chủ khách sạn. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây nữa Thanhs you.
